The Reshaping Work Conference is Reshaping Work’s annual flagship conference on the future of work. The tenth edition in Amsterdam brings together more than 2,000 academics, policymakers, business leaders, union representatives, technologists, and societal leaders to explore how AI is changing work, organizations, and society.
Ten years of research and dialogue
Reshaping Work is an organization that has been dedicated to research, dialogue, and collaboration regarding the future of work for ten years. This anniversary edition looks back on a decade of insights while simultaneously looking ahead to the opportunities and challenges at the intersection of AI, work, and society. The conference collaborates with partners such as the City of Amsterdam, Zurich Insurance, Amazon, LinkedIn, and CESI, and receives scientific contributions from Bocconi, NWO, and the KIN Center for Digital Innovation, among others.
Beyond automation and efficiency

The focus is on the future of work and professional identity, algorithmic management and governance in the workplace, the influence of AI on democracy and the economy, the transformation of healthcare, and the institutions and policy frameworks needed to responsibly guide technological change. The program consists of high-level keynotes, interdisciplinary discussions, and forward-looking debate.
