Your event will go live on Congresagenda.nl within two to five working days. Often even sooner. We’ll first check that all the information is correct and may sometimes ask you to provide additional details or a better or different photo.

You will receive an invoice by email afterwards. You do not need to pay online straight away.
That’s possible! You can get in touch and let us know about your changes. Do you expect there to be many more changes, for example because the speakers and your programme aren’t yet fully confirmed? If so, request a special login that will allow you to edit your event details. You can then make changes yourself to the text, photos, dates, times, prices, accreditations, CPD points and/or conference venue.
