The annual event for management assistants, secretaries and office managers. With keynotes, substantive sessions and practical workshops, you will learn how to take more control over your work, processes, collaboration and the use of AI as an assistant. Includes an exhibition floor with more than forty partners.

The assistant as director

As an assistant, everything comes together with you. You keep the work running, monitor processes, and ensure that appointments are actually kept. Increasingly, you are using smart tools such as AI to do this. That makes you the director of the work. This edition shows how you can fulfill that role with more control and confidence.

A day full of inspiration and practice

The program begins with inspiring keynotes, including on directing experiences and smart applications of AI. Afterward, you can choose from twelve substantive sessions and twelve practical workshops. These cover directing yourself, others, work, and processes. You will go home with concrete tools that you can use immediately.

Meeting and discovering

At the Power Plein, you will meet more than forty partners and peers, with catering included. The event is intended for management assistants, executive secretaries, secretaries, office managers, and other support staff. A colleague discount applies for three or more participants.
