You can find the costs for registering a business event on our prices and subscriptions page. You do not need to pay straight away; after registering, you will receive an invoice including VAT details by email.

Yes, that’s possible. Is a conference or other event of interest to colleagues or other interested parties? If so, it can be featured on the Conference Calendar.

We only list events for which people need to buy a ticket, or for which they need to sign up or register. Private events for invited guests only are not suitable for our platform.

Yes! We help professionals grow and develop. That’s why we also list training programmes, courses and workshops for professionals. Do you run a course, class or workshop for the general public? Then it belongs on cursusagenda.nl.

Yes, definitely do that! The sooner you register your event, the longer it will remain online. And the longer it’s online, the more professionals you’ll reach.

You can start by simply posting a ‘Save the date’. Speakers and programme not yet confirmed? No problem. You can fill in all the details – including speakers, the programme and practical information – later via your own login. Start early, reach more professionals!

Your event will go live on Congresagenda.nl within two to five working days. Often even sooner. We first check that all the information is correct and may sometimes ask you to provide additional details or a better/different photo.

Yes, on the registration form you can specify whether your conference is being held at a physical venue, online only, or as a hybrid event. You can also register a webinar.

Would you like to try out your very first event listing on congresagenda.nl at a reduced rate? We’re offering a special ‘welcome discount’ on your first one-off listing. Request the discount code, and you’ll also be signed up for the newsletter specifically for conference organisers.

That’s possible! You can get in touch and let us know about your changes. Do you expect there to be many more changes, for example because the speakers and your programme aren’t yet fully finalised? If so, request a special login that will allow you to edit your event details. You’ll then be able to make changes yourself to the text, photos, dates, times, prices, accreditations, CPD points and/or conference venue.

You can contact us. Please let us know your request to have the event removed and the title of your event. We will then promptly remove your event from Congresagenda.nl

Yes, you can! We offer a welcome discount if you’d like to try registering your event on our platform for the first time. Claim your welcome discount. You’ll also get a discount if you purchase a multi-session pass or a subscription. View the options.

Absolutely! CLC-Vecta members receive a member discount. Visit the CLC-Vecta members’ portal for the discount code.

Yes, you can! If you attend more events, you’ll get a discount with our multi-visit tickets. Do you attend more than 10 events a year? Then a subscription is the best value. You can also submit a text in English, French, Spanish, Norwegian or German. Our tool can easily translate the information. We will then display it in the correct language. Please do make it clear what the working language of your event is.

Keep it short, concise and interesting. Do not write in capital letters. Use subheadings to give the text structure. Do not include links in the text. We have a special field in the form for a link to your event website and/or a direct link to your ticketing website.

Yes, please! A photo will help your event stand out more on our website. Please choose a photo that does not have any text or QR codes on it. And make sure it shows something that your target audience will recognise. Also, choose a photo that you are free to use without copyright restrictions. Please also include the photographer’s name in the copyright field.

When registering, please state the standard ticket price. You can also optionally add an early-bird price or early-booking discount. You can also choose an Early Bird Spotlight Boost from us as an extra promotion. This will ensure your event receives extra attention from visitors at a very early stage.

No, we do not receive any commission or fee on tickets purchased for business events via our website. However, we do take part in affiliate programmes run by organisations such as managementboek.nl. We receive a fee for each book purchased through these programmes.

Yes, that’s possible. We already have many conference venues in our database. We can add new event, conference, training or other relevant venues, or update existing venues with new information. Please get in touch.

Yes, that’s possible. We can provide data for a website for your conference city or region. For example, to display an overview of all conferences or conference venues in your city or region. We can also create a Venue Finder with specific information about venues. This will help put your conference city or region even more firmly on the map. Please send us an email.

No, we compile a list of all conferences and business events in the Netherlands, Belgium and other European countries. We check that all the details are correct. We then publish them on Congresagenda.nl. The organisers of conferences and events sell the tickets themselves. Any enquiries regarding tickets, payments, exchanges or transfers to colleagues should also be directed to the organiser.
We simply redirect interested visitors to the conference website or directly to the ticket sales page on, for example, aanmelder.nl, Yellenge, Momice or another ticketing platform.

Yes, we only collect statistics and data relating to visits to the website that cannot be traced back to an individual. We also store data when you subscribe to the newsletter or register for an event on the conference agenda. We do not collect any special categories of personal data from visitors. This enables us to improve the process of searching for and finding conferences and other business events. We have selected subject areas based on data from events previously registered with us. We aim to be a platform where professionals can find information to help them learn, develop and grow. We are exploring whether, in addition to events, we can also promote books, podcasts and other relevant and interesting ‘things’. We (sometimes) receive a fee for this.
