Historic heart of the city

The church is one of the most important pieces of historical heritage in Groningen. Over the centuries, the building has grown into a versatile venue. Every Sunday, church services are still held there as usual.

Five spaces for every group

The nave is suitable for large events for up to 1,200 guests, and for a dinner with catering for 80 to approximately 550 people. In addition, there is the high choir and the chapel. For smaller groups of 12 to 100 people, there are the Librije and the Fredericikamer.

Accessibility

The ground floor (nave, choir and chapel) is wheelchair accessible. The Librije and the Fredericikamer can only be reached via stairs. There is an induction loop and a disabled toilet. The bus stops 200 metres from the church, and the parking garage under the Forum is nearby.
