Optimaal Digitaal is the annual conference for professionals working in city centers and shopping areas. City center managers, retailers, hospitality entrepreneurs, cultural institutions, and municipalities come together to share knowledge about digital strategy and online visibility. Keynote on city centers in 2030
Ernst-Jan Smids, founder of JUMP retail and affiliated with AI.AM, will deliver the keynote. He paints a picture of the Dutch city center in 2030: more personal through technology and stronger as a meeting place. He uses examples from Carmel, Helsinki, and Tokyo, supplemented with concrete cases from Haarlem and Eindhoven.
