Dutch Travel Blog Awards: the platform for the best travel bloggers in the Netherlands
The Dutch Travel Blog Awards (DTBA) is an annual award show that shines a spotlight on the best Dutch travel bloggers, travel influencers, and content creators. The event is organized by Thx.agency , a specialized travel marketing agency in the Benelux, and is based on the successful concept of the Belgian Travel Blog Awards, which has been running since 2018.
About the event
During the Dutch Travel Blog Awards, the best Dutch travel bloggers and content creators compete against each other in 13 different award categories , ranging from best adventure story to best city trip and best family travel blog. A professional jury, consisting of content marketers, influencer marketing experts, and social media specialists from the travel sector, determines the nominations and the final winners. In addition to the jury awards, there is also an Audience Choice Award , where the general public can vote for their favorite travel blogger.
Program
- Day program: bus tour, panel discussion, and networking reception
- Evening program: dinner and the festive award show
- Speed Networking session with travel organizations and tourist destinations

- 1st edition (2025): January 18, 2025, Corendon Village Hotel, Badhoevedorp – in collaboration with Corendon and Visit Haarlemmermeer
- 2nd edition (2026): January 7, 2026, Royal Jaarbeurs Utrecht – as part of the Travel Trade Days

Participate as a content creator
Travel bloggers and travel influencers can submit entries to stand a chance of winning an award. Each blogger may submit a maximum of 6 entries: 2 articles in thematic categories and/or 1 image, 1 video, 1 social post, and 1 social video. The professional jury will evaluate all entries and determine the nominees and winners.
Participate as a sponsor or partner
The Dutch Travel Blog Awards offers travel organizations and tourism destinations a unique opportunity to present themselves to more than 50 influential travel content creators. Possibilities include a dedicated stand, mention on the sponsor wall, inclusion in the goodie bag, and visibility via the website, newsletter, and social media.
