BBT’s 30th Meetings & Events Fair Winter 2026

The anniversary edition of BBT’s Meetings & Events Fair at De Vleeshalle in Mechelen. An evening full of B2B speed dating, workshops, networking, and dinner for M&E professionals.

BBT is celebrating its 25th anniversary and the 30th edition of the Meetings & Events Fair. This will take place on December 15, 2026, at De Vleeshalle in Mechelen. The motto: bringing the right people together for 30 editions. One evening to celebrate that properly.

What can you expect?

Approximately 60 MICE suppliers will be present. These include hotels, venues, destinations, DMCs, airlines, event agencies, and entertainment. From 16:00 to 20:30, there will be B2B speed dating sessions and workshops. This will be followed by networking and dinner until 22:30. There will also be entertainment, and you will receive a goodie bag.

For whom?

The fair is intended for M&E buyers: meeting and event organizers, hoteliers, event managers, and destination professionals. Participation is free for a maximum of 100 buyers. Is your travel time more than an hour? Then an overnight stay at a nearby hotel is included.
