AI Expo Europe is the largest AI conference in Eastern Europe, organized by Maca Events in Bucharest. The 2026 edition brings together enterprise leaders, tech professionals, and policymakers for two days of keynotes, panel discussions, workshops, and an expo, with confirmed speakers from NVIDIA, Google Cloud, and Adobe.
Eastern Europe’s own AI stage
AI Expo Europe was founded as the first and largest AI event in Eastern Europe, based on the conviction that the region deserves its own platform for knowledge, networking, and business opportunities surrounding artificial intelligence. Bucharest, the region’s fastest-growing tech hub, is its permanent home. Previous editions attracted more than 3,000 participants, featuring an exhibition floor of 5,000 m² and the acquisition of 250 hotel rooms in the Radisson Blu Hotel. The event deliberately builds a local and regional AI community and connects it with international players.
From government transformation to enterprise AI
The program combines keynotes and panel discussions by international technology leaders with sessions by Romanian government officials and local innovators. Confirmed speakers for 2026 include Rod Evans (VP Supercomputing & AI EMEA, NVIDIA), Patrick van den Hoevel (Director Deal Pursuit EMEA, Google Cloud), and the Chief Security Officer of Adobe. Local representatives include the Mayor of District 1 of Bucharest, the Mayor of Sector 6, the President of the Romanian Digitalization Authority, and a member of the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre. A special cybersecurity summit track is part of the program.
