The Service Providers Congress is a professional afternoon conference for financial advisors in mortgages and insurance, organized by the Stichting Contactgroep Automatisering & VIPcongres.nl and Bureau DFO. Participation is free of charge, including lunch and a networking reception. Advisors meet automation specialists and service providers and learn which parties truly move their firm forward.
A conference that grows on demand
The first edition of the Service Providers Congress was fully booked extremely quickly and was highly appreciated by participants. That success led to a second edition, this time with the theme Maintenance & Aftercare: the part of the customer journey that remains a blind spot in many consulting firms, but increasingly determines how smoothly a firm operates and grows. The congress is an initiative of the Stichting Contactgroep Automatisering & VIPcongres.nl (CGA) in collaboration with Bureau DFO.
Two indispensable links under one roof
A successful consultancy firm thrives on strong collaborations. The automation provider determines how secure and efficient you work; the service provider determines how smoothly your entrepreneurship, chain solutions, and client service function. At this conference, you will meet both links in a single afternoon. Participating parties include Blinqx Verzekering & Hypotheek, Datakeeper, Flyct Letselschade, Certe Groep, RISK, VCN Groep, WeGroup Nederland, Onesurance.ai, and Dialog Group. In a knowledge session, each of them will concretely demonstrate what they can do for your firm in terms of maintenance and aftercare.
Program and networks
Following a reception with lunch, Jurjen Oosterbaan Martinius from Bureau DFO will open the plenary session with a vision on the future of financial services. This will be followed by three rounds of optional knowledge sessions, where participants can select which providers to visit. The afternoon will conclude with a networking reception. In addition to the sessions, there will be ample opportunity for one-on-one conversations with the parties present.
