Wine Professional 2026 at the RAI Amsterdam is the leading trade fair for wine and gastronomy professionals in the Netherlands.
The trade fair takes place simultaneously with Horecava and brings together top decision-makers from the hospitality, retail and catering sectors with renowned wine producers and culinary innovators.
In previous editions, the fair attracted around 12,000 professionals, and featured 100 to 150 exhibitors, including renowned chefs and sommeliers. More than 360 top chefs provided live demonstrations and tastings, making the fair a unique, interactive experience.
Wine & Trends Theater at the Horecava
For the hospitality industry, the Wine & Food Association, in collaboration with Horecava, is once again organizing a comprehensive program titled “The Taste of Wine Professional” at the Wine & Trends Theater. More on that soon on this website.
