Participate in the lecture series “Psychological and Social Safety in Teams and Organizations” and discover how to create a climate where everyone feels safe to discuss mistakes, give feedback, and report inappropriate behavior.
Under the guidance of experienced experts such as Joriene Beks, Mirjam Decoz, Caroline Koetsenruijter, and Alie Kuiper, you will develop the necessary knowledge and skills to promote social and psychological safety in your organization.
The lecture series includes four lectures using practical case studies to illustrate the relevance of social and psychological safety. Upon completion, you will be able to write a sound plan and guide teams in practice. The lecture series will take place on Monday afternoons in March 2026 at Colour Kitchen in Utrecht.
Includes the books ‘Toxic Workplace Issues’ and ‘Field Guide to Psychological Safety’.
