Hortus Leiden organizes international conference on education in botanical gardens, July 2028. Theme: From Plant Blindness to Plant Awareness – the power of citizen science

The Hortus Botanicus Leiden is proud to host the 12th International Congress on Education in Botanic Gardens (ICEBG) of the International Association of Botanical Gardens (BGCI) in Leiden in 2028. The congress will take place from July 3rd to 7th, 2028.

With the theme From Plant Blindness to Plant Awareness – the power of citizen science, the Hortus aims to bring together education professionals from botanical gardens around the world to exchange knowledge and gain inspiration.
