3daysofdesign is the largest annual design festival in Scandinavia and Northern Europe, taking place over three days across Copenhagen, Denmark. More than 460 brands open their showrooms and pop-up spaces to the public, press, buyers, designers, and architects. Admission is free. The 2026 theme: “Make This Moment Matter.”

3daysofdesign was founded in 2013 as a small event in a warehouse in Nordhavn and has since grown into the largest annual design festival in Scandinavia and Northern Europe. Each year, more than 460 brands open their showrooms, studios, and pop-up locations across Copenhagen for three days. In 2025, more than 60,000 people attended the festival, and there were over 600 events to choose from. The festival is open to everyone.

Theme 2026: ‘Make This Moment Matter’

The theme of the 2026 edition places the present at the center. Not yesterday’s heritage, not tomorrow’s vision—but the relevance and impact of design decisions in the here and now. The theme calls on designers and brands to reflect on what their work means today for people and the world around them. The festival artwork was designed by the Copenhagen collective On Display.

Eight districts, hundreds of brands in Copenhagen

The festival is organized around eight design districts in Copenhagen: Holmen, Nordhavn, Islands Brygge, Kulturdistriktet, Rosengård, Kongens Nytorv, Christianshavn, and Frederiksstaden. Participating brands in 2026 include &Tradition, Fritz Hansen, Ferm Living, Georg Jensen, Fredericia, Flos, Audo Copenhagen, and BoConcept, as well as dozens of international brands and emerging designers. A free app provides an interactive map of all locations and events.
