FLUIDMEET2026 invites you to the 2nd International Meet & Expo on Fluid Mechanics and Thermodynamics in Istanbul, Turkey, from August 10-12, 2026. This event features a plenary workshop by Prof. Zhongcheng Liang on microscopic particle modeling, offering insights and networking opportunities for academics and industry professionals.
It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the 2nd International Meet & Expo on Fluid Mechanics and Thermodynamics (FLUIDMEET2026), which will be held in Istanbul, Turkey, from August 10-12, 2026. This important scientific meeting will bring together leading researchers, engineers, and innovators to discuss recent advances and explore new directions in fluid mechanics and thermodynamics. As a scientist extensively involved in energy conversion systems, hydrogen technologies, and advanced thermofluid applications, I am delighted to see the growing impact and interdisciplinary expansion of our field. The convergence of classical theory with high-performance computing, precision experiments, and data-driven analytics continues to transform our understanding of complex flow and heat transfer phenomena. These advances not only support scientific discovery but also fuel innovation in sectors such as clean energy, transportation, and sustainable engineering solutions. As co-chair of FLUIDMEET2025, I am pleased to announce that Istanbul Medeniyet University will actively contribute to the success of this event. Our university is providing the venue and conference hall to support the scientific program, and a portion of the conference proceeds will be allocated to our academic units to further strengthen research and educational activities. All other organizational and operational costs are covered by the conference management company, guaranteeing a smooth and professionally coordinated event. FLUIDMEET2026 is intended not only to showcase outstanding scientific achievements but also to foster collaboration between diverse research communities. I encourage all participants to engage in open discussions, exchange ideas, and forge new partnerships that can lead to important academic and technological innovations.
I look forward to inspiring discussions, new collaborations, and the valuable contributions that will emerge from this three-day meeting.
